Drupal developer distribution is a pre-packaged drupal installation, containing developer friendly tools. The profile behind the distribution can be found on the Drupal Developer profile on drupal.org. I am currently working on a packaging drupal module that would handle the automatic download and package tasks, but due to my current occupation it progresses very slowly.

The install profile enables the following modules:

Core: user, filter, block
Contrib: devel, devel_generate, admin_menu, coder

Default username/pw for admin: drupal/drupal

devel version: 5.x-0.3

coder version: 5.x-2.7

Known issues

Error log upon install due to devel's install functions.
